Activity Finder Broken

Activity Finder is broken on XBox One NA server since about an hour or two ago. Multiple guilds reporting the same thing. Whether queuing up individually or as a full 4-man group, the Activity Finder claims "Someone declined" even when all members confirm. This is extra crappy at the moment since we need the random dungeon finder to get our bonus rewards! Please fix! (And extend the event so we can get our missed reward boxes, or double the boxes tomorrow, or something!)
