EU players missing out on a box.

Me (and probaly a lot of others) already have done my daily dungeon today, and gotten my purple reward. The event starts at 4pm (gmt+1), so we are missing out on at least 1 reward-box due to bad planning as we only get the box on our first purple reward of the day.

I mean, I think that is something that should be understood without having to be stated. If you can only get 1 reward per character per day it would make sense that it can only happen on your first run. Same with how you can only get the 100k XP for your first of the day. Seems the box is directly tied to the xp reward in terms of reset timer so it makes sense that it's tied to the special box drop reward as well. Sucks that you missed out on one. Was probably just going to be a treasure map anyways though lol.0 -

✭PC/NA here. Just did random and got nothing because I did a random last night. So you're not alone.
says nothing about 20 hour cooldown since last random.. technically this is the next day since i did one before midnight, so..The #10MillionStories in-game dungeon event begins November 30 at 10:00AM EST and lasts until December 6 at 10:00AM EST, and it is open to everybody who plays The Elder Scrolls Online. To participate, complete a random dungeon via the Dungeon Finder (Normal or Veteran) to earn a Mysterious Reward Box. The worst part is when it finally puts you in a group, your healer turns into a werewolf, your tank has 14k HP and the dps is heavy armor, using a restro staff and a two handed sword on the backbar. Then comes the 15 minute penalty before the cycle starts anew.
Rulz of Morrowind:- The first rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
- The second rule of Morrowind is: You do not talk about Morrowind.
- Third rule of Morrowind: Someone yells NDA stuff, uploads images, streams, the game is over.
- Fourth rule: only invited players can test.
- Fifth rule: one invite at a time, fellas.
- Sixth rule: crying or bashing on pts.
- Seventh rule: NDA will go on as long as they have to.
- And the eighth and final rule: If this is your first invite at Morrowind, you have to play.

No. Because it is all time the same bugs poppin over and over again, as a customer that is paying ESO+ it is my right to complain about every single thing seller (ZOS) does wrong. Responding to the problem is a given thing, how fast they will fix everything that is happening right now will make me give them praise or flame all the way. Why even make it an event where u need to do a random dungeon when all of us know dungeon tool is not working properly ever? Instead just give us those boxes for doing public dung/delve or just for being there in the time of event after killing something like you did with the crates?2 -

Elizaboots✭✭The Crown Crate Giveaway last weekend took Midnight as it’s cue on EU, maybe that would’ve been the better idea this time, rather than beginning mid afternoon. Just a thought. Not at all spurred by the amount of people crying to me that they’ve not got their reward and me having to come here, look for answers and see that they’ve jumped the gun doing dungeons today!
