Huge FPS Drop in the game

Probably i am not the only one who opend a discussion about this issues.

Let me get into it.

My config is :

Intel Xeon Twelve-Core E5-2687W v4 3GHz LGA2011-3 Processzor

VGA: ASUS GeForce® GTX 1080 Ti Turbo videocard, 11GB GDDR5X, 352-bit

Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury 64GB DDR4 2133MHz HX421C14FBK4/64

HDD: 6TB SSD

Internet connection speed 500 mb/sec download. upload 70 mb/sec

The problem is: when i visiting Auridon or any so called "capital city" my frames drops down to 12 from 60 even with my config 60 fps is pretty low i think.

I have no clue what can cuase this problem, probably a game engine, or soemthing on serverside or the game grafick modul or motor, i dontknow for sure. but that frame drop rate is to big.

a Friend of mine also have the same issues while hes pc is lower then mine, but he used to have also 60 fps on a AMD FX8tm)-6300 six core processor 3.50 ghz with 8.00giga ram wiouth ssd, and with a Radeon (TM) RX 470 4 gig video card config.

Is there a chance to fix this issues fast? because it is a bit annyoing to see how the game is rending on my high end pc and on my friend pc as well.

I have to notice you every driver is up to date, it is a clear setup and there are no other porgrams are running in teh background wich could use extra cp or vga memory nor the system memory or any hdd usage, nor other internet applycations.

so i am a bit confused knwoing that my config is pretty decent and also my friends one too. further infos we are not using any addons too. (i know i know i should but not until this issues got fixed :D )
we used to had 60 and 61 fps back in june but i have no idea what went wrong with the game system.

Other MMORPG's are runnign smoothly, both AAA games as well.

it will be nice to have a litle responding on this matter from the devs or from anyone in ZOS.

    This is most likely (if you are on PC and PS4 currently) that they rolled back some of the changes from the Clockwork City DLC to eliminate the Endless Load screen issue they been having, and yesterdays patch did this, the Clockwork City DLC had improvements to FPS and other things and now since those changes have been rolled back, you will most likely see a FPS drop in the game..

    well, it is a huge drop considering the system reqs for the game.
