Is there any addon out there to track my proc buffs such as 7th legion/ravager and then notify me with a big flashing icon in the middle of screen when it procs?

I am not 100% positive that it is in here but Deltia did a video the addons he uses.

I believe the addon called "buff timers" of something like that can do what you are looking for.

Each ability and proc got an id. if you use the addon Srendar (http://www.esoui.com/downloads/info655-Srendarr-AuraBuffampDebuffTracker.html) and enable the debug info you get the ids of the abilities spammed to your chat and can add them to a list of shown icons/text. You define where they are shown and how.
