Casting Ambush or Lotus Fan now roots your character in place for the duration of the wind up period (around 0,5 seconds).
No bueno, fix it please ZOS.
Disclaimer: bug only seems to affect Teleport Strike & morphs. I tested Shield Charge & Empowering Chains and they still work as before. Edit: tested Crit Rush & Explosive Charge as well, both are not affected by this bug.
