I always keep some uncooked meats or fruits and vegetables in my nightstand at home -
I craft a lot, so I always make sure to keep some crafting materials in my nightstand - very important to keep it in my nightstand...
I always make sure that I keep at least 1 lock pick in my nightstand (next to my chest full of valuables) - just in case those nasty, thieving burglars forgot to bring theirs...

    Lockpicks. Lots of lockpicks everywhere, then complain about innocent Khajit.
    Else yes keeping fish filet in drawers make perfect sense.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.

    My Khajiit has Moon Sugar, skooma is bad :p
