[Solved] - Launcher trying to RE-download everything...

I've tried many things but can't find a way around.
Copy paste from the original folder (The Elder Scrolls Online") just lead me to an error "209" can't verify version.
And no, i'm not gonna spend 3 days to download it again.
Edit : Found a solution :
- Copy the "The Elder Scrolls Online" folder.
- Uninstall TESO
- Redownload the launcher and install it
- Start the launcher and click Install
- Pause it right after it start downloading then close it
- Past you previosuly saved "The Elder Scrolls Online" folder in the new one crated by the launcher.
- Restart launcher
