Another chance at an old mount?

Soon after I started playing ESO, before I was ESO+ and before I really had any idea what I was doing in the game, I saw a cool mount go up for sale. It was a guar with black and gray patterns and seemed perfect for my Dunmer NBs (all I play are Dunmer Nightblades). I didn't have any crowns at the time and thought "meh, I'll pick it up if I stick with this game."

Well I've stuck with it and that mount is long gone. I've searched the crown store for it but it looks like it's been removed. Do these things ever cycle back or is it gone for good?

It's possible, but I'm afraid the more likely outcome is that it'll be added to the crown crates at some point

Most things that go away only come back through the Crown Crates. Some of the holiday costumes/mounts/etc come back when the holiday comes back. Based on your description I'm guessing it was the Shadowghost guar? This was the first year that's shown up so it's too early to say if they're going to treat it as a normal limited time mount or a holiday limited time mount.

As suggested above, it may well be added to possible crown crate rewards. However, there's always new designs of mounts so another Guar might become available you like also.
