0xc0000005 error when trying to open ESO ( 64 bit client)

As the title says, I have problems opening the 64 bit client. I downloaded the game today and I got to get into the game by running the 32 bit launcher, but when I restarted the computer it was gone.

I turned off the anti virus, tried many other things, but I still get this error when I try to launch the game.

The error when you launch from the 64 bit client could be permission related. As you've already checked your anti-virus, the next thing you can do is run the 64 bit executable as an administrator. If you still receive an error after doing so, you can contact customer support for further assistance.
