0xc0000005 error when trying to open ESO ( 64 bit client)

As the title says, I have problems opening the 64 bit client. I downloaded the game today and I got to get into the game by running the 32 bit launcher, but when I restarted the computer it was gone.
I turned off the anti virus, tried many other things, but I still get this error when I try to launch the game.

✭✭✭I was having trouble running 64 bit client on a new laptop, Wins 10. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and for extra measure put the Zenimax Online folder in Program Files instead of Program Files (x86) which is the default. I don't know if that makes a difference, I don't think it should, but the 64 bit client works just fine for me now.Main: Drio Azul ~ DC, Redguard, Healer/Magicka Templar ~ NA-PC
