Looking for an AD PVP guild (PS4/EU)

Hi, I am a 35 year old male looking for an active AD PVP guild. I've played since release on PC, and some time back I started playing on PS4, as DC. I have very little PVE experience outside of the non-vet version I pledge dungeons that are easily soloable.
I enjoy the game and like PVP despite all the bugs, the lag and load screen issues, but we've come to a point where player distribution is making it somewhat unfun to play. Which sucks since I finally have the gear that I want for my character:/
I am looking for an AD PVP guild that doesn't mind "traitors" and would help with quickly levelling up an AD character (stam DK) from scratch, mainly the Undaunted passives takes about forever to get and has been putting me off making essentially a 1:1 copy of my DC character: It will take months to do alone, whereas the rest is manageable.
The most important things for me when looking for a guild are that the guild is somewhat large, active and has a friendly and mature atmosphere. I have little patience for screaming kids and raging adults, and although I certainly like winning and do get frustrated like everyone else, I mostly play to have fun. I realize Cyrodiil is going to be an uphill struggle for AD at the moment.
I am not a particularly skilled player but I am quite experienced having spent most of my playtime in Cyrodiil since the game came out. I know how to stay on crown, follow directions, not take the bait (although I usually do when I'm just going alone and dying matters less), use sieges effectively, res and repair etc. I play on-and-off, but when I am active I do put in a lot of hours. Maybe too many.
I am currently sitting at 510CP and have a fully levelled magicka templar (DC), stamina DK (DC), stamina nightblade (AD) and magicka nightblade (DC); although my only true love is DK which was also what I mained on PC a long time ago. I would like to get into PVE if people have the patience to teach vet dungeon mechanics, but PVE is not a priority for me when looking for a guild (except for the undaunted passives) - I just noticed from zone chat that PVE tanks seem to be in short supply, and I don't mind tanking for people if they have the patience to show me the ropes. I'm in no particular rush to reach 690CP, I have fun as it is, but I do realize that capped CP makes players more attractive for some guilds.
