Advice for Soloing Morrowind with Templar

spectre722b14_ESO
I have ESO on both my PC and my PS4 (sometimes I like to sit with my animals while I play). I have decided to start ESO on PS4 with a Templar. When I played ESO on PC using my Warden, I recall thinking that there was no way I could have beat the final quest boss if it were not for my warbear.

At this time, I want to use a bow as one of my weapons. I am torn between sword and board and a 2 handed sword. I know I'll be leaning towards stamina due to my weapon choice. Which weapon do you all think would be best for soloing Morrowind content? Thanks!

Honestly as someone returning from beta, thus basically a newb. I didn't find Morrowind to be difficult at all. I ran one of my first toons all the way through it and have been skipping it on others. The toon I took through is a Stamsorc w/ 2H and bow. You could make sword and board work but it would be slower, though if you want a tankier build it would help you do that..

I am however one of those people who looks at builds and information on what works well together. I apply that to my toon while leveling along with what works best for me.

Morrowind is basicaly same as other locations - 32k mobs, nothing else. Weapons, builds, CP allocation, all irrelevant. Puncturing Sweep Online is best for soloing with Templar.

I started my warden archer there, and breezed through the whole thing..

In short, you dont need to worry about your build with overland content. I have my overland content setup ( whatever the smurf I wanna use ) , my dungeon and trial set ups and my pvp set ups.

As the others said, you can complete Morrowind quests (as well as almost everything in the game) with any class+weapon combination as long as your setup is consistent.
So when you use medium armour, preferably of a set that increases stats like stamina, weapon damage, weapon crit or physical penetration, put most of your points into stamina (maybe some into health if needed), use food that increases either stamina+health or stamina+health+stamina recovery and most important learn how to dodge, block and interrupt to avoid heavy hits, you will do fine with any choice.

Magicka build, 2h/dual swords and morph first skill in Aedric Spear line to Puncturing Sweeps. There, by spamming main dps ability you will outheal any damage.

    This. Sweeps is still easymode.
