Can u please increase the bank space, it's been a long time since u last did it. Where is the house storage that u promised?

When did they promise house storage? At best they might have said they were considering it. They have said they hope to increase house furnishing slots, but there are performance issues to solve.1 -

✭Took around 3 years for increased bank space, ZOS is in no rush to do this as ESO is engineered to force you to Subscribe for any sort of QoL in daily playing storing items that you dont want to re-farm later on or a set for another character or items that you dont want to use right now.0 -
