Innate Axiom still bugged?

Hey everyone! I'm currently deployed for a month- so I don't have access to ESO. Is Innate Axiom still bugged? I searched the forums- but I don't see any messages for a hot fix.

You'd think that this would be a quick fix since all classes and builds (stam or mag) can use this set.

Thanks for any updates!

    You don't think it's still bugged or you don't think it's fixed?

    Yes- a lot of us researched various skills on various classes- and we came to the conclusion that Innate Axiom will partially buff some class skills or completely ignore other skills.

    I specifically tested it on mDK abilities and a few others tested it on Templars, sorcs, and Wardens.
