Not buying another crown crate anytime soon. When even if you failed to get what you want, you at least earned currency towards buying it, it was fine. But, this whole uber rare can only get it directly from the crates crap is too much for me, I'm done with crown crates

What if there's something you can buy with gems you want? You didn't get it in crates, never mind, buy it with gems, providing you have enough.

The fact you cant buy this ultra rare mount alone with gems now changes whether you buy crates or not?

People are happy to buy crates for the chance to get stuff, then buy stuff with gems if they like. But put a ultra rare mount in there you can only get in a crate and no body wants to buy them anymore.

I have nearly 1500 gems left from my failed attempt to get the plague horse......and that's after buying every thing I even kind of wanted from the season that I didn't get straight from crates. My fault I know but yeah that's the breaking point for me. I absolutely support the business model, but removing the option for my investment to eventually earn me what I want at ultimately a much higher price is my breaking point ,not everyone's, mine.

Vamp skin remover, a house in the hollow city and combat pet skins wold all be welcome crown items
