If Summerset Isle is the next Chapter, I think a Chocobo type mount would be cool. Or maybe some flightless Griffin.

✭Imagine it will be an altmer style barded horse. Although tbh the bonus stuff tends to have less to do with the chapter and more to do with the Crown crate season if morrowind is an example.
With that in mind given that the seasons this far have been:
Winter - Atronach theme (Storm/Fire)
Spring - Daedric Prince (Hircine)
Summer - Race (Dwemmer)
Fall - Spooky (Undead/Witches)
I'd expect that the theme for the chapter release will be a racial one, so either thalmor or moarmer and the mount will align to that.
Given the current plot line adversaries I'd expect Mephala based crates in spring and Nocturnal based crates in fall.0 -
