I need help finding a good and current Magblade PvP build, any help is appreciated thanks.

hmmmm, think I might be due for a makeover myself...

Using Fortified Brass+Plague Doctor 5L 1H 1M Domihaus tri stats on major, 45%resist with Mirage and shadow barrier. The 5 light makes tanking very nice. My imperial Magbalde has 31kmk 40hp 15k Sta 1700 mk res 2057 SD in pvp. Not going to be doing mass damage but can live longer to do it. Got ran over by ult zergs and lived a few times which was kind of cool. Also use it on warden with bit better effect.

Do people actually use monster sets not designed for their builds? ie velidreth on magicka as mentioned above.

Well, sure you could, but the one pc is wasted. Much better off using grothdar or maybe skoria, or even 1 ice heart 1 max stat/recovery pc.

Yeah, leave veli for stam builds. Either Skoria or Grothdarr for magblades would be better, imo. I use Skoria of my templar when she runs pure dps or dps/off-heals and it's a great set for magicka dps. I run Grothdarr on my new magblade (converted from a stamblade) with a DW/Inferno staff set-up and it's a lot of fun. Fire, fire, everywhere! Skoria is probably a little better for pve or ranged dps, as it targets an enemy specifically, whereas Grothdarr is good in pvp or for melee builds as it's kinda like the destro ulti Eye of the Storm, where it's an AoE that is centered on you and moves where you go.

i'm so ashamed...something about those 3 cheesy gas balls shooting out at folks make me smile...

need the nerien'eth set helm before i can switch to another set...used to use grothdar, infernal guardian...but, every once in a while I'll succumb to involving a little role playing in to my game...

I'll be honest, the thought I use velidreth on a magicka build does intrigue me. I often try out little things like this. If I get killed in Vivec by you using this I will find you, I will kill you, and I will solute you
