FIX REQUESTED
Issue: multiple accounts, which are family-specific accounts billed to one bank card (head of household), are not being billed properly.
Basically, all ESO plus accounts with recurring payments (180-day subs) are being cancelled because ESO's billing department isn't sending the request for payment to my financial institution.
This has happened multiple times over the past year, with no reason given and no fix offered.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I like my subscription and the benefits, but ZOS / ESO can't even keep my billing info correct.
I'd love to know why this keeps happening, but I won't hold my breath. Just putting this in the forums so others can see and comment.
