I purchased ESO+ from steam while I still have a few days left with ESO+ from ESO store, this result in paused ESO+ time as per ZOS's help page.
But after my ESO+ from steam expired, the paused time doesn't resume.
Sent ticket to ZOS, got all sorts of different crap response.
70% support ask me to contact steam instead.
10% say this paused time displayed in my account page is UI error, and my subscription is already expired.
10% claim ESO+ time cannot be paused at all.
10% acknowledge my issue, and suggest if I login from non-steam client, that paused time will resume. I have tried and doesn't work. I have to say this guys is probably my best chance to get issue solved.
What kind custom support is this. So disappointed.
