Stam Sorc 2h/Bow Build?

So I have seen a lot of Stam Sorc 2h/Bow Builds but in each build they use absolutely no bow skills. Can someone explain why they would want the bow then?

It's for burst. You use an infused bow with a weapon damage enchant, light attack > swap > crit rush > (combo). It buffs you for 5s so you can hit people hard and fast, which is what stam sorc excels at.0 -
