Question on Weapon Enchantment Proc

If I have a spell damage enchant on my AoE bar's Lightning Staff.... do I need to do direct damage with that staff to proc the enchant, or does it proc for ANY damage caused WHILE ON the bar, such as Blockade or another DoT?

✭✭✭✭✭That specific enchant will only proc on a light or heavy attack. Most other enchants will proc on direct damage or DoT ticks of a weapon skill (not class skills).1 -

Okay, thank you. And IIRC, that enchant will reapply every time I use the attack AFTER the cooldown? There's not a % chance of proc or anything like that? It's 100% proc chance after cooldown timer elspases, correct?0 -
