As much as I'd like to say too few... I don't think it is.

Transmuted one item and have more than 100 crystals in the bank.

I hear a geode can give up to 10, but the most I've ever seen is 3 at one time, and then only once. All other times, it's just one. You open 5 geodes with a chance for 50 and you get 5...feels bad, man.The RNG is just a little wonky.
I know you get 50 for doing PvP, but I haven't dipped my toes in that too much. Not enough to get 50, that's for sure..

I'm sure once my gear is set how I want it, I'll be flooded with the things, though..

Presently, as I have not been using them or have even reached a stage where I am putting together the "ideal" end-game equipment for my characters, I am getting far too many transmutation crystals.

In future, when I busy myself in putting together said "ideal" end-game equipment, I anticipate getting far too few transmutation crystals.

I PVP a lot, so I have plenty of rewards of the worthy geodes, and I don't have a lot of weapons/armor I was hanging onto, so its been just right for me.

I've been able to transmute gear that needs it badly with stones left over ... but haven't hit the cap yet.

still wondering why you can potato around in pvp and get a good amount of crystals with your first 20k ap but completing the hardest pledges in the game only rewards 1-2 avg.

Aggrivatingly low, never gotten more than 2 from a geode, I despise PvP and no matter how many random dungeons I do I only ever get reward from first one.

My inventories aren't full of them yet, but it's heading in that direction. 100 crystals for end of campaign rewards on a single character was the turning point.

I've transmuted nearly everything I can usefully transmute. Just a few more shoulders to turn from Infused to Divines.

The 200 crystal limit in the currency bank is just silly. Soon I'm going to have to start deleting them, and that will hurt.

You can do a lot with those crystals, but the most important is to transmute good set and endgame weapons (BSW, Netch, Aether, Moondancer, VO, TFS, vMA weapons etc.) for useful traits for your DD chars. This has the highest priority for me. Transmuting an infused armor piece into a divine one would bring you much less benefit.

To be honest I already have transmuted 4 weapons (2 x vMA lighting staff, 1 x vMA Firestaff, 1 x vMA bow) and I just do daylies with one or two chars every day and do raids once to twice a week. I don't even PvP for the big crystal rewards. I think the flow is just about right.

Another thing is the crystal limit of 200 slots. I would prefer a bigger one.

I don't know really but I've played like 2 hours in 2 weeks and I have 60, I tho it was gonna be a grind but in fact it's just perfect you can actually focus on the game instead of farming and farming and farming

I think it’s just right I have over 100 right now and just for a week of pvping and doing some random dungeons. It’s not much of a farm to get 200 and have the trait you want. To bad all my gear is already in the traits I need them so I have no use for them but you never know.

My point I guess is anything that you passively get that does not feel like a grind at all seems to be the perfect amount

I transmuted four items, and I have 100 left. PvP is a good way for accumulating them fast.

What are the rules for getting the 50 from pvp? More specifically, what's the least I can do to get it and is there a pve choice, like flipping the flags in imperial city? I was getting 1 a day soloing normal pledges, but then 50 just showed up in the mail. I do almost no pvp, but did get a few alts a skill or two fairly recently.

I think you need a tier 1 reward in the 30 day campaign.

You surely know, but just to clarify for anyone not knowing, when you pick up the crystals from a geode they are automatically placed in your bank account. To see how many has accumulated simply select the "Currency" symbol in your inventory menu, it's the one that looks like a macaron.

I've played probably 20 to 30 hours and I have 89

RNG is not favourable to me

It's meant to be a way to help bad RNG after numerous runs, not to perfect gear within a week.
