What style is this staff?

I collected this staff on a new character during the tutorial, and I like the look enough to the point where I want to know if this style staff is craftable. And, if it is, what style is it? Becuse I haven't been able to figure it out.

Dark Elf (Dunmer) highest crafting tier. But you can't craft it yet.

The Master's Inferno staff uses the same style and some random staves you can pickup or steal may have the style too.

Every crafting motif of each of the 10 races all have a 5th tier style for all the weapons/shield, but not a single person can craft them. The Master's weapons from vDSA use the 5th tier from most of the races (except Imperial), and the staff uses dunmer/altmer/nord/breton depending on what type of staff; fire/shock/frost/resto.
That's Dunmer 5th tier.

I think 5th tier Nord weapons were used for the Draugr style. At least they look familiar.

Also styles that were released since the Imperial City DLC don't have tiers anymore. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Kinda sad the Yokudan and Imperial styles both had 5th tier planned but never made it into the game. Back in the days when AA and HRC were scaled at VR12 the destruction and restoration staves of the magicka sets had different styles. With the release of the Celestial style they unified the look for the staves which was the style for the restoration staff before.

Some 5th tiered weapons/shield can be found in the tutorials, or in vDSA, but that's about it. They take those forms for whatever reasons (maybe to show that the weapons can look super cool when you earn them from trials and whatnot, idk tho), but cannot be found anywhere else. Back when Coldharbour was the tutorial, it wasn't found there, but the nord one, argonian staff, and afaik the khajiit staff (though, Dro-m'athra is basically the 5th tier of khajiit), were found there. They probably put in the Dunmer and Daedric staves bc Dunmer are thought of as Daedra worshippers in the lore (that's what I'd guess).

Well, thanks for the info! I guess I'm just going to have to hold onto my current staff for...who knows what reasons? XD Unless I do Dragonstar Arena at some point and get lucky.

What I would do if I were you, is keep that, and also keep a costume from a quest, or maybe a bunch of clothes that you laundered after stealing from people's closets/baskets (or one that your bought on crown store), and on your downtime, wear that instead of your normal armor so your character doesn't act like a warrior all the time lol. (I'm not a big fan of rp'ing with others, but I love doing it solo, and just pretending my characters can relax in cities).

A few NPCs also wear these unused upper tiers of weapons. Valaste uses the unused highest-tier Dunmer staff, for example, and Lilatha uses the unused highest-tier Altmer staff.

I wonder why every style, even styles that are clearly unique and were likely never intended to be available to the player (Almalexia or Ayrenn style -- with her hair attached to the helmet) have icons. And some styles we did get are different -- NPCs wear a unique variant of the Ashlander style seen only in the Shadow of the Red Mountain set, but since Morrowind, that set produces Ash Canvas when deconstructed, despite it not matching the craftable style.

Also, apparently, Assassins League is internally Dark Brotherhood style, and Outlaw is Thieves Guild... which raises questions about what the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves Guild styles proper are called.
