Quest or location problem
I've a problem with Silent Mire (Deshaan): I can't find any quest givers, but this location is black (it's last location in Deshaan, that I can't compete), please help

✭✭✭✭✭If you approach the town from the north then you will run into the first quest giver (there are 4 quests and at least 3 quest givers). One of them is all the way up near the Taidec Fortress Wayshrine. the other is on the road just to the West of the town. Once in the town, you will see the other quest givers.
That should get you started
