Abandoned Orsinium Questline Midway

So as the title says I abandoned one of orsinium's main quest however it wasn't the first one and now I have no idea where to pick it up. I don't recall how many quests I did before that but I think the last one I did was the one where I chased that green smell. ._.

You chase the green smell to find the smuggler, then report to Forge Mother Alma on the Castle steps. She talks at you, Solgra talks at you, and you get sent to assist King Kurog in dealing with the Reachmen at Frostbreak Fortress. If you head to Frostbreak Fortress, you should be able to pick up the questline again.
