Can't log into game.

So I've tried logging into my account after installing the game on a new PC.I spent many many hours downloading the entire game but when I try to log in at the main menu it tells me my password is incorrect, when I just changed the password and know that it is not incorrect. I had previously played the beta and at some point a few years ago redeemed my registration code for The Elder Scrolls Online Imperial Edition. However when I now try redeeming the code on my account page it comes up as invalid. Is it a one time use code? How can I play the game on the new computer?
