Main Quest: The Weight of Three Crowns[SOLVED]

The quest log says that I need to speak to Vanus Galerion, which I've done. I've tried to log out and do the conversation where he finishes with "I have an ill feeling about this" and after that I think that something is supposed to appear, but doesn't.
Nothing happens after that, the quest log just says "Speak to Vanus Galerion".
I can not continue, and this stops the game completely for me.
Help would be most appreciative, thanks!

Here's the wiki article for that quest. http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:The_Weight_of_Three_Crowns

I'm guessing that you are at the point where the negotiations have failed, the leaders have run off to pout, and Vanus says something like the air feels like a storm in approaching?

If Vanus isn't responding, you can try heading to the meeting spot and seeing if the cutscene plays without you talking to Vanus.

If the quest is stalled, there's a couple options.
    1. Contact ESO support using the "Ask For Help" option. This will get you an email in about a day, usually standard boilerplate stuff, but if you respond to the email you'll normally get someone to help you.
    2. Try all the stuff they'll tell you to do.

They'll tell you to try /reloadui. They tell you to try logging out for 15 minutes and then see if it works. A more serious option if those don't work is to try abandoning the quest and restarting it (I'd leave Stirk before you do this, and you'll have to pick up the quest from Vanus at the fighters guild just like when you finished Messages Across Tamriel)

Abandoning the quest is usually the best recourse to fixing this. But the game may do it for you, if:

You exit the game. Reboot the machine your on and then try again. I don't know if some measure of time has to pass, but I have logged out in the middle of the MQ here and there, and the game kind of resets things. Not the mobs, but the instance so you usually don't have to kill a bunch of stuff again. So that is something to try before the abandon.
Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
