can log into website account but not client

I've played eso for 9+mos, had hard drive failure, bought new pc , logged onto my account on website, re-downloaded the game, am an eso+ member. when i went to log into client it tells me my login name or password is incorrect or inactive , if i bought through steam use steam client. I bought game stand alone not through steam. I cannot figure out what to do, I've reset pw a few times, still cannot log in.

i'm also getting error code 108 and 200 saying of problem percists to contact support. i don't get answers from support

3 Days now since they played with my account Sub info I can not log in sent a few Tickets with info the last on I had Zero return from the launcher server.. This was from the ESO service tool.
