edit: wondering if the system back-dates it to the actual anniversary but releases them at the turn of the month
Well, it says "Awarded Dec 1st".... but my anniversary date is Nov 9th.. Last 3 years were awarded in Nov... They are busy this month though... Lol..
I'm just glad I finally got it!! Huzzah!!
