Mad Tinkerer 5 piece bonus broken

I attached a video, but basically the Fabricant procs, you can see it appear, but it doesn't roll through enemies 90% of the time so it does no damage. I tried this on non-target dummies as well to confirm it wasn't something specific to dummies.

So basically 5 piece is totally broken.

I noticed this too after farming this set, I picked up whatever traits didn't matter and put it on and tried it out
It procs often which was great but it appears behind you runs to your target (about 50%) and most of the time does no damage, it's supposed to roll which I did see a couple of times but rarely
I don't think it does any damage if it doesn't roll anyway I took it off and put it in the defiler/ hunger basket

Not just target dummies, I ran around the Rift killing big cats, same effect

I need to pay more attention, as I think it works for me.
100% on dummies, and sometimes I see trash mobs flying in vet dungeon, so I know it worked.
Sometimes I see it spawning behind me and then dies after a couple of seconds, but I assumed it was because the mob was dead already.
As for the dmg tho....im quite sure it does not dmg, as it should hit for 16k and I never saw those numbers

@ZOS_GinaBruno Just wanted to make sure someone sees this, I posted a video showing what happens, so it's a real reproducible bug, not just on dummies, but overland as well.

Necroing this thread to confirm the set is still broken.
Mad Tinkerer and Defiler could really use some tweaking, as they have some great and much needed "fun-over-BiS" potential - it's just that right now they're too broken and unreliable to be fun to use.
Please don't ignore these sets just because they're not from the latest expansion.

Quick update on this set: tested it both on mobs and on a training dummy, with combat text enabled... the damage part doesn't happen at all, not even minimally so. No outgoing damage at all, you can see the knockback + stun happening (even the target dummy reacts to that), but nothing else. Could reeeeally use a fix, I'm surprised this hasn't been properly addressed yet.
