✭My impression is that if the load screen issue can be fixed server-side, those of us on console will probably see emergency maintenance as soon as they're satisfied that they have a resolution.
If the fix requires a new client to be downloaded, ZOS would need to submit that to Sony/MS and wait for their approval. That could take a little while.PS4NA1 -
