Constant Login Failed

Hi all, this is a slight rant but also something I really want to bring to the attention of Zenimax. I think since before Morrowind dropped I've been getting Login failed and very rarely Internal Error messages when trying to sign in to the game, since the Morrowind Chapter was released my sign in has constantly consisted of the Login Failed error screen. It will take me on average 10-20 minutes to sign in and now we have the "This might be an an usually long Load Time" load screens and it has pushed me to the point of just moving on, cancelling my subscription and not playing the game. This is on the XBOX ONE and XBOX ONE S, on two different connections using two different Service Providers in two different towns with both consoles being in the DMZ with the router firewall turned off. I'm not on the XBOX preview program, both are installed on the internal hard drive and I have tried a fresh install of the game and the operating system of the XBOX and a factory reset of both consoles but the odd thing is my partners account on both console and will sign in straight away so I'm at a loss and any help will be appreciated sorry for the long message.
