Guild Bank Eating Stuff (Yet again)

Like seriously whats going on ZOS? Yesterday I've lost a master writ on the deposit and I have the video of it disappearing. Not only that but ive heard many people complaining about that, so what to do?

@ZOS_GinaBruno is there anyway i can get my master writ back? The ingame help system asks me to flag the item i have problem with but, guess what, it dissapeared lol

That's why I moved from XBOX to pc. My bank ate 2 gold sets I was moving to a alt. Zos never responded to my ticket

Not sure about you, but once i eat something i cant really take it out lmao, exactly like the bank in this case

It is beyond frustrating when you try to file for support for a missing item and they want you to flag it. I'd argue its insulting. Needs to be changed.

nice I believe in zos. they can do even more "weird" things... Usually their customer dept has no connections with the game or game devs, so nothing strange that their procedures are out of touch for years...
