I have also posted this in the Bug Report forums, however I did not know if it may be more appropriate here, so that the ESO Plus team is made aware.
As the title says. I paid for ESO plus, and it is not registering in game.
Credit Card and Xbox Customer Support confirm that the monthly fee was in fact paid for both myself and my wife. Yet neither of us have access.
It has been on auto-pay for the last 6 months or so, and there has never been even a day's lapse since we started paying for it.
Please fix this problem immediately.
