Can't find lorebook "Outsider observation report - log 2"

Pretty much I don't know where this item is located, this is the last book for me to find in the clockwork Mnemonix for lorebooks. Not talking about the motifs with this dlc.

Go to the clockwerk map, type in "Outsider observation report" into the search and voil la, there you go
Its located at the left world boss on the map.

Last I checked that site, I did not see that lorebook there at all... now it shows up on their map. Now that I went to it, the thing is only accessible from what I can tell from dropping from where you would go to the imperfect to right below. Seems to be loaded with some interesting goodies for those curious.
