Tied NPCs and audio

One of the little random world events where you encounter a tied NPC asking for help is somewhat bugged. The damn NPCs just keep repeating all their lines one after another without pausing.
I have to say, hearing "help me!", "help me!", "help me!", "hurry!", "can anybody help?!", "hurry", "hurry!", "can anybody help?!", "can anybody help?!", "can anybody help?!".... in the course of 10 or so seconds makes me want to kill the stupid NPC instead.
I don't think they should repeat all the stuff so quickly without pausing.

Tucker3711✭✭✭I have had the same glitch... It happens mostly in morrowind, at least for me. It isn't interfering much for me at least, but I would recommend bringing this up with ZOS.@Tucker311- PC
