[PS4][NA] Fighter's guild quest bug

Fighter's guild quest The Dangerous Past requires us to go to the Fighter's Guild hall in Elden Root and talk to Sees-All-Colors.

She does not spawn in. The quest marker is there but the guildmaster is not. Reloading ui, reloading game and restarting PS4 did not help. I was doing the quest with my friend and she couldn't see the guildmaster either, though the quest marker was there for her as well. Since we've been having a lot of trouble with getting caught in infinite loading screens using doors in Elden Root since Clockwork City, maybe it has to do with something buggy in the zone.

Since we can't start the quest in Elden Root, is it possible to do it from one of the other two zones provided we can get there or are we out of luck as far as advancing the FG skill line goes?

While we work on getting this fixed, could you try leaving the Fighters Guild and re-join to see if that makes her appear?

The Fighters Guild skill line does not advance with the guild quests, I believe the daily quests and killing daedra and undead are the only ways to level the skill line. Lately I've learned that running the dolemens for a few hours levels out the skill line very quickly, and I find it to be pretty fun too... and enough times and you'll get the 'General Executioner' achievement and title.

I meant the quest line. My main is rank 690. I know how the game works, thank you.

This might be a long shot but try going to the other alliance's spots where she would appear and see if she appears there. Seems like you are AD though so that might not even work

I was planning on trying that next, one of the articles I read online suggested that when I was trying to figure out if this was a common bug and if there was a known workaround or fix.

Usually I would suggest that you try ranking up the Fighters Guild to the next rank, but since you already have the quest, that probably won't work.
