ESO PLUS Not Appearing as Active

So my ESO plus has just vanished from my account. The thing I pay $15 per month for. Add this to the load screen issues, and this game is now unplayable. I've had this ESO plus issue before and it took over 4 days to fix the last time. That is not acceptable this time. Please give me the service I am paying for.

    Also I have e-mail proof from Microsoft billing that I was renewed for my sub on October 26th If you would like me to provide that.

    So you can go ahead and disregard this post. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with Xbox support and they fixed. I wish this game had phone support. E-mail support can be difficult.
