Infinite loading in bgs

Now I experience my first infinite loading screen in a battle ground.
At least that occured for the first time in ~10 matches. A little better than cyrodiil.
Does ZOS doesn't want us to play pvp?
2 minutes later I realize that ZOS can always top that. After loading ended, it went from bg background to vvardenfell background after ~10 minutes, I got the message that I left and have to wait another 10 minutes.
So I come to the forum to vent.
