Can we please get this hotfixed.


ps4 NA pro and Regular Ps4 we’re all having major issues getting into the game at all.


Not to mention the entire games unplayable because any respawn in cyrodiil will automatically force you into one of long loading screens.

PvE is just as bad.

Is ZoS seriously just sitting this out? Even during the last game breaking time this happened it wasn’t this severe or with this amount of slow response time to hotfix.


Take the servers down until you fix this.

They said tonight on ESO Live they have their people working on it as a priority issue.

I would guess it's not something which can be hotfixed if they haven't done so already. It's not like they're enjoying the bad press and rep this is getting them.

Not trying to be a smart*** genuinely asking, but has this received any press outside of Reddit and these message boards?

When I hit post I kind of realised press might be the wrong word.
Press as in games sites then no, not really. However I think word or mouth and community wise it's obviously another blow they didn't need.

Whislt they've not always been great with communication, the passion and love ZOS staff have for ESO has always shone through.
I'm willing to believe they have everything they can get working on the issue right now, just sadly it seems they haven't got a fix ready.

Hope they get something for the next patch day if not an emergency downtime over the weekend (which will cause more rage no doubt).

If it's found to be client side for consoles, then there's a fortnight to wait for deployment

Just now, I switched my internet connection from WiFi (14MB/Sec.) to LAN (98MB/Sec.) because I was invited to a vet Asylum Sanctorum group.

Upon attempting to relog, I made it all the way to the zone-in at Belkarth, but two seconds after being able to move, I was booted and given the error 308, connection timed out. I was able to relog onto a different character once, but after logging out of that character, any attempt to relog again always resulted in me receiving the "An Internal Error Occured" message BEFORE EVEN MAKING IT TO THE CHARACTER SCREEN.

30 minutes later, I was able to relog after being kicked from group.

@ZOS_GinaBruno I missed a chance at vet Asylum because of Zenimax server-side latency. It isn't just PvP. It isn't being fixed fast enough.

This should of been fixed the day after at the latest, well any respectable company would of had it fixed by now.

How long has the load screen issue been around on multiple platforms? Years and for some reason some of you think it should or could be hot fixed?

Do you know how many times ZOS has said they are "working" on server issues?

I mean come on man, LOL. Its not happening, they would have done it by now if they knew how. You think one day they are going to trip over some line of code, in the game and have an AHA moment?
