In the Dwemer Ruin Quest with Kireth and Raynor in Eastmarch, I had an issue with Kireth when I was going through there a LONG time ago, where during the last objective you need to escort her around to find something buried in the snow, she just ups and despawns, and I couldn't get her to come back at all. So I abandoned the Quest and moved on, forgetting all about it. But the unfilled in Icon on the map's been bugging me all this time, so I went back to finally clear it.
I go back in, find Kireth, get the Quest again, and what's the FIRST thing she does to me?
Not only did she get stuck halfway in the Terrain, but she was also stuck in the cowering "in combat" pose, unable to move. Had to abandon and try again, which luckily had no problem.
