[XB1] - Voice Chat switching bug

This "bug" (which is probably an intentional feature but is stupid and obnoxious) has been around since the day I started playing this game on XB1.

Please stop automatically switching us to Group Chat when we join a group if we are already in another voice channel. No one likes this feature. It is stupid. It makes no sense. It ruins conversations. Every day, multiple times a day, conversations in guild chat go like this ...

[Me]: Hey, other dude, what's up?
[Other dude]: Hey LiquidPony, not much. I found this really cool n....

(30 second pause)

[Other dude]: Motherf*****, sorry, got bounced to group chat again. I can't believe they haven't fixed this stupid bug 2 years later.

Please, stop ruining our conversations. At least give us an option to control this silly behavior.

Can confirm this issue as well on Xbox NA. It's definitely really annoying.

Have been having some other voice chat bugs recently as well ... guild chats keep disappearing. Will file a new one for that.

Bump because this bug has been around for the entirety of the game's existence on XB1 and it's really annoying.

im not sure its a bug per se , its just poor design - but your right it needs sorting because its a Pain in the ****

it seems logical that switching chat channels should be down to the user, rather than the system to decide.

IMO, if a feature is something that users hate, it's a bug.

At the very least we should have an option to disable automatic chat switching.

It's just so obnoxious, and it probably pisses off thousands of people every day.

It's really unbelievably annoying.
