I stopped playing ESO and was thinking of resubbing and playing again. I have reading there is a lot more crashes to desk top and major lag. Is this true? I stopped playing on Xbox because of this, and went to PC. Had it happen as well, quit, and came back and it was stable for a while. So has it started again? If so, I will not be subbing. Nothing was more frustrating in not being able to play a game I paid for and not getting reimbursed for the days I can't play.

I haven't had any crashes or issues.
You also don't have to sub to play. So just fire the game up and give it a try, if it goes smooth you can resub for DLC and craftbag.8 -

You totaly know that you can play for free right? trying it out instead of posting and see for your self is the best way to see if you wanna sub or not.1 -

✭✭✭✭✭PC is very stable these days. Even in Cyrodiil in heavy lag it's not as common to crash.
Console has some issues right now since the last update but they'll probably be ironed out.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

You know, I totally forgot about that. I guess I got so use to playing only when I sub, I forgot, I can play without a sub. Thank you so much for the reminder.

So if I see myself playing all week long and I think I'm going to be invested for a while I'll turn the subs back on. I have been here since first beta and I've taken several breaks. It's still a great game to play with friends, but as an mmo come back in 3 weeks for the next announcement and we'll see if it's worth resubbing.0 -
