Sotha CP Passives/Increased Damage

Hello,
So recently (after last update) Sotha Sil (NON CP) had some of the CP passives enabled.
On top of many of them being enabled some usefull some not, there has been very strange thing happenning to Damage done/taken in Sotha most likely affected by this CPs/Passives Working in NON CP Camping.
Quiet few builds/characters are affected because they are taking way more DMG than they are supposed to, seen in picture here. https://imgur.com/a/eFnun
This sshot was taken in sotha where I was on HArmor sDK holding block/6impen and this guy does 15k from 3 ticks
Many others are talking about CP being somehow enabled/cp passives/some dmg %/ inside Sotha, because recently me and my few friends have seen some insanly high dmg numbers (14k assasin will, 7k blocked meteor,12k Frags, almost 20k snipes, and simillar hits that are way too high for non CP,) so I kindly ask zos to look into these numbers in Sotha.
