Error Message trying to play game

For two days, I suddenly get the following message after clicking on play.

program files (x86)Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\games\client\icuuc55_x64.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well as virus/malware scan. Updates are good. Tried searching for anyone else with this issue, but have not found anything. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue and what to do about it.

Have you tried setting the launcher and client executable to run as an administrator? If that doesn't resolve this error message, please contact support so this can be investigated further.

I've been having the same problem. When the error comes up and I repair the game and it fixes the problem, but then a few days later it comes up again and I have to repair the game again. It started happening after a windows 10 creators update.
