Can not join 5th Guild

I was trying to join a 5th guild yesterday and was unable to join. I am a member in 4 guilds, but should be able to join a 5th, right? Any help will be appreciated.

We are aware of an issue after the Clockwork City update that is preventing players from joining a 5th guild. This will be resolved in a future update.

If you are running into an error that states that you have to leave a guild before being able to join or create a new one, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Check for any outstanding guild invitations that you have not declined or accepted. Decline these or accept them.
• Remove all outstanding guild requests from your notifications.
• Type /reloadui in the chat window if on PC/Mac, or if on console, log out and back in again

wait, is this still bugged?

I had the same issue before the last Monday`s patch, I was member of 4 guilds only, received a new invitation, could not accept it. But then after Monday the previous invitation dissapeared. I received an another invitation (from another guild) and I was able to accept it.

Some weird things are happening. Hopefuly they fix it next Monday.
But good thing is that they are aware about this bug and are working on the fix (as Gina stated)

I will try the suggestions tonight when I log on, thanks for the replies.

the workaround for this doesn't help some people. Is this bug still going to get fixed?
