Is it possible that there is some kind of magical, engineer, artifact, potion, are always the Daedra to cure the Moth Priest blindness?

Considering that the blindness isn't natural but is instead caused by the final vision granted by the Elder Scrolls or improperly reading an Elder Scroll, I would assume that, no, that Moth Priest is thoroughly blinded.
