[BUG] - PC/NA - Spider Daedra will not attack...

Hello,
It seems that all Spider Daedra, including bosses that are of the same type, will not attack. They will be hostile and will aggro and follow you around but they will not do any attacks against the aggro'ed player. They just stand there with their arms up in the air.

CHBanger✭✭Sorry, forgot to add, this seems to have started since the 3.2.5 or the 3.2.6 patch.
This includes all Spider Daedra everywhere, I first noticed it in Coldharbour and then when I came across them in other zones they were doing the same thing.
