Incredibly High Latency Since 11/6 Maintenance

Title pretty much says it all, not having any issues logging in so not sure if it's related to the current issues being investigated. Was able to pvp in Vivec all night but this morning got into Cyrodiil and after about a half hour was booted at Chal with no error. Just the good 'ol nobody is moving and you can run as fast as your mount. I relogged after I was booted and assumed it was because I was around Chal, and left Cyrodiil only to find that it was happening everywhere. There's a noticeable delay swapping bars that makes it impossible to play properly, and I can't even leave Stonefalls or return to my primary residence. Not because of an infinite load screen, but because I'm literally unable to interact with wayshrines outside of Stonefalls...

I've never experienced this kind of absurdity ever before in ESO, been playing off and on since beta.Mostly wondering if anyone else has had similar issues arise just recently.

Yes, I've experienced what you are going through now. Currently the NA servers are pretty much down. In the past when something similar happened as what you are experiencing it was difficult if not impossible for a short while to log in with the toon that is stuck in a zone after the servers are up and operating again.
