we need a random dragon to spawn in Cyrodiil at least 1x every 8-10 hours .... the dragon would fly around and terrorize players in Cyrodiil both on the ground and on keep walls (breathing fire or ice). It should be possible to kill it, but killing it should be very very difficult. All players who contributed x% of damage to the dragon's death get some sort of reward. There could even be leader boards for this. It would be nice to see people in Cyrodiil focus on something other than the same old-same old.

Are you having a problem with Nightblade cloak or the Vampire's Mistform? Personally, Mistform is much more effective as a spammable stealth tool.

But then, I think stealth is pretty hard to balance anyway. It seems to be either broken (OP) or broken (useless) with very little in between.

I don´t have that much insane magicka to cloak without end
and after all it is not cheesy to use

and if you are running heavy all parts and dies so fast, you are doing something definitely wrong
or you are in a bad grp
and sorcs always get away too, if they want, with their endless beam capacity

Just going to throw this out there.

To the dude who claimed the nightblades was macroing, u used a specific term, macro-slice.

This is when the client lags on the players side and you Q up all of your abilities, with them all going off at once.

It is NOT something you want to happen...I repeat, as the player who is macro-sliceing, you do not want it to happen.

The receiving player does not see any evidence of your skills Qing up, he sees every proper animation as it should happen. On your end, you assume that you have initiated some form of luck shot skill combo where everything fires at once...that is not the case. As a DW magplar, for whatever reason, macro-slice happens to me about 20%of the time on my combo...and it sucks, you have to train yourself to just keep the combo going, and know that the animations will catch up.

That's not what he means. He means that players are using a macro to automatically use skills or a rotation of skills without actually having to press all the keys at the right time.

Now, we both know its far more likely that he hit a bad bout of lag. Whether player-side or opponent-side, lag can really screw with our perceptions of what's happening during PVP battles. In your case, you've learned to keep going with your skills in the faith that the server will catch up eventually - I've done similar things in dungeons during a lag spike. I've been hit with one person's five cliff racers in the back in 1 second - that was lag, not some DC guy cheating. And sometimes the server just does silly stuff - the meteor bug that drags me halfway across the battlefield, delivers the hit, then dumps me back where I started is particularly amusing and/or annoying right now.

Nightblades having a combo of skills that can be fired off in sequence is not abusing a game mechanics. Its using the game abilities exactly how they are designed to be used to devastating effect against an unprepared target. Ganking is absolutely allowed and encouraged in Cyrodiil PVP.

That lag in Cyrodiil might result in every part of that combo appearing to land at the same time is a problem with Cyrodiil or your client-side internet. If it's server-side lag and issues, that's on ZOS to correct. In the meantime, learn to live with it like the rest of us? If it's client-side, fix it yourself or learn to live with it?

If the player is actually macro-ing, that's against the TOS and you are free to report them. ZOS may or may not take action based on their data, assuming they investigate the report. If you have evidence or want to explain the matter further to ZOS, you can reply to the generic email they send you and make an actual report to them about the player.

However, if the player isn't macro-ing, you don't think lag is the problem, and you are just dying to the opening salvo of a ganker every time, the person who needs to adjust their build is you, and I've already explained upthread some ways you could do it.

Honestly, I think that about covers it.
1. Macro-ing is against the TOS and you should report players you think are macro-ing in PVP.
2. Lag often creates the appearance of someone using a macro, but it was actually a server-side or client-side issue. Complain to ZOS about lag or learn to live with it.
3. If neither of those are the problem, the problem is your build, not the nightblade combo that keeps killing you. Fix your build to survive gank attempts.

...The whole point of Nightblades is to gank. Taking away their ability to gank and sneak burst kills the point of the class. They're supposed to one shot you or die trying, and supposed to run away from large encounters, which is why cloak needs to be spammable. Why do you think so many Stamblades go for bow gank builds, and so many MagBlades went for Bombblades, literally group gankers?

What do you think a stealth class is for? Why do you think people play stealth classes?

Attack -> Deal high damage -> succeed, or fail, at killing -> run away, spamming cloak until you're safe. This is how NB is supposed to be played. Well, that, and maybe a heavy life drain build.

About the only thing that makes sense to me in the OP is allowing EOTS to stack yet having AOE caps so that it favors the group with more numbers spamming it while protects them from smaller numbers using it. And Earthgore is the devil.

to answer your question , everyone know to stack the most ultimate regeneration item for dk mean stamina , and stamina mean blocking , for some player is really a big issue , not really for me i have np for most permablock tank because they have any damage and i think they are good for one job and is to push the ram to knock the door of the castle but i understand they are annoying , i dont think the issue is blocking but more the item around every class now Tava's is gone and some player still complaining dk build to much ultimate i guess is easy to find the next item that give the most ultimate after tava`s for me the most annoying tank is the Argonian sorc
